Cancellation Policy

1. Service & Studio Bookings (Offline)

Since studio time and event dates are perishable inventory, a tiered cancellation structure is standard practice.

  • Booking Deposit: A non-refundable retainer (typically 20-30%) is required to secure the date.
  • Rescheduling: * More than 48 hours notice: One-time rescheduling allowed at no extra cost (subject to availability).
    • Less than 48 hours notice: A rescheduling fee of 10% may apply.
  • Cancellations:
    • 7+ days before shoot: Full refund of any amount paid minus the non-refundable retainer.
    • 24–72 hours before shoot: 50% of the total session fee is due.
    • Less than 24 hours or “No Show”: 100% of the session fee is non-refundable.

2. Digital Products (Online)

Digital assets like presets, LUTs, or downloadable galleries are generally non-refundable because they cannot be “returned.”

  • Policy: All sales of digital products are final.
  • Exception: If a file is corrupted or the download link fails, provide a replacement within 24 hours.

3. Physical Products (Prints, Albums, Frames)

Physical goods involve material costs and labor, so the policy depends on whether the item is customized.

4. Refund Processing

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Method: Credits will be issued to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, or Bank Transfer).
